At Beloved Boudoir, we are committed to your satisfaction and delight. We urge our customers to inspect their packages promptly upon receipt to verify that all items are in working condition. In the event that you encounter a defective item, we are prepared to either provide store credit or replace the defective item. Due to the intimate nature and specific usage of adult products, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns.

Should you receive a defective or incorrect item, we ask that you contact us within the first 30 days of receipt. We will work diligently to rectify the issue in a smooth and efficient manner.

When reaching out, please provide the order number, product name/SKU, and a detailed description of the issue at hand. Photos are also highly appreciated and can be sent to our customer service.

In some cases, manufacturers may require defective items to be returned. Should this be the case, we will inform you and ask for the following to be included in your return package: the packing slip, a note detailing the problem, and your preference for a refund or replacement of the defective item. Please note, lack of a note may result in no refund!

Our catalogue at Beloved Boudoir includes tens of thousands of products. While some products havemeasurements and others do not, we will not issue a refund due to size discrepancies for products that lack specified measurements. We encourage customers to ensure that all product requirements, including size, are met prior to placing an order.

Should a product not match its description, please reach out to us at [your email address] with detailed information and photos. The same applies to color discrepancies as individual monitor settings may display colors differently.

Please note that manufacturers may alter packaging styles prior to updating our images. While the packaging may appear different, the product within is exactly as described. Changes in packaging are not valid reasons for return or credit.
